Come and Gone

January 12 has come and gone. 

I didn't expect him to be here on the exact date, 

What's frustrating is the anticipation (or is it anxiety?) leading up to it.

My handy phone app gave me this update last Thursday.

Thanks WTE app! The 12th was so NOT the day. 

Next time shake your magic 8 ball a bit harder.

Do you see that? He's as big as a WATERMELON!

Umm, I'm not sure if any of you have been paying attention.

A watermelon simply cannot fit out of the opening they're saying he's coming out of!

So today's little update told me this.

Thanks, jerks! I'm WELL aware I'm past my due date.
I think it's official, he has become a squatter.
I've given him 4 eviction notices, but he's just not listening!
But, do you see that at the bottom?
It says he's as big as a PUMPKIN!

I know I was just bitching about a watermelon.
A pumpkin is getting a bit ridiculous!
Maybe he'll be as "big" as the smallest pumpkin...

I have a doctor appointment on Wednesday.
Keep your fingers, legs, whatever crossed that I've dilated to more than a 1.
